Community Improvement Project Proposal

There are two requirements for the project proposal: the proposal letter and the proposal form. You will complete each section in separate documents, then upload both the letter and the form to the Proposal Application at the bottom of the page.

1. Please provide a typed formal letter describing the requirements below:

• Brief summary of who the (your) organization is, their background, their mission statement, and what they do

• Detailed description of what the money will be put towards, the amount of money you are asking for, and most importantly, how the project will better the community (who/how many people the project will either directly or indirectly benefit)
